About Kim Klapp

Kim Klapp is the director and coach of Assistants for Chiropractic Excellence^TM.She is the Team Facilitator of First Choice Chiropractic of Ann Arbor and of Northville, Michigan. She has been presenting seminars across the country with Dr. Tom Klapp since 1996 on how to effectively communicate with and educate patients to foster compliance. Kim Klapp, a former 2X+1 Mastermind Coach, has been a speaker for the Michigan Association of Chiropractors since 1998, and a guest speaker for Parker, the Masters Circle, Five Star Management and numerous state associations. She is a 1993 graduate of the University of Michigan and author of Office Systems Reference Guide.

Kim began her career in chiropractic as the Executive Administrator of the Michigan Chiropractic Association (MCA). While in this position, she coordinated everything from meetings to conventions to publications. Her extensive skills at organization, systems creation, and clear communication have earned her several awards from the MCA. She has served on the Supervisory Committee to the Board of Directors of the Chiropractic Federal Credit Union since 1995.

Kim's perspective as a coach is unique; you will truly get the "best of both worlds." Her first-hand up-to-date experience as a CA and Office Manager is balanced by being a spouse of a doctor of chiropractic. She ALWAYS PROTECTS THE INTERESTS OF THE DOCTOR.
