The A.C.E. Program provides truly positive fellowship

The A.C.E. Program Format
The A.C.E. Program (Assistants for Chiropractic
Excellence) is a teleclass-based CA Coaching Program.
Each month, we focus on a different topic, based on the
universal principle that whatever you focus on expands.
By targeting one core topic per month, your team will be
able to systemize your practice success into manageable
action steps, rather than being overwhelmed by an
all-day seminar.
Convenient & No Special Equipment Needed
All you need is a telephone. Your staff can call in
from the office or their home. Each month, you will
receive a membership packet that includes the teleconference
instructions and pass code information. Just dial the
conference telephone number at the scheduled time and
enter the appropriate pass code. Its that easy!
The Coaching Call is scheduled on a Wednesday each month, 1:00
pm 2:00 pm Eastern time. Each month members receive
a schedule of the upcoming call dates, approximately
six weeks in advance.
Access to Coaching Call Recordings
A recording of the Coaching Call may be accessed
online at no extra charge for 7-14 days following the
live teleclass. So, if the scheduled time isn't
convenient for your team members or if someone just
wants to hear the information again, just click on the
link found on the home page.
The A.C.E. Program Online Synergy Forum
Another benefit of the A.C.E. Program is the online
Synergy Forum that members can access anytime. It's like
a mastermind or brainstorming session where the members
get a chance to share. This is the forum for members to
ask involved questions, share their progress with
implementing material from the Coaching Call, get help
with challenges your office is facing, or pats on the
back for achieved goals or other wins. The Synergy Forum
is a tremendous resource because there are literally
thousands of years of CA experience available...amazing
ideas often emerge!
One-on-One Assistance
You are always welcome to contact Kim with any special
questions, challenges or comments. There is NO additional
consulting charge for current A.C.E. members. Kim can
answer your most perplexing practice questions and help
you solve your biggest staff headaches. Shes always
just a phone call or e-mail away!
Cost for the A.C.E. Program
The monthly tuition is just $97 per office. Thats
it. Tuition includes the live CA Coaching Call, access
to the recording of the Coaching Call, the online Synergy
Forum, course materials and sample forms every month.
There are no costly travel expenses; no airfare, no
hotel room, no paid travel time. With the increase youll
see in new patients, retention, collections and attitude
this
program more than pays for itself. Ask yourself: What

However, one of the benefits of the A.C.E. Program
is that it does much of the training for you, leaving
you the freedom and time to focus on that which you
do best. And please, dont worry about the content
of the calls. Each office receives a membership binder
that outlines the important rules of the program. Discussion
of pay rates, salaries, bonus amounts and benefits are
expressly not allowed on the calls.
