I got a lot of great ideas for marketing and promoting our office. I learned ways to appreciate our patients more. We are to focus on reactivated old patients and also on the ideal patient instead of focusing on ourselves (focus on giving and not always getting!).

It really opened my eyes and taught me not only to be a better office manager, but to be a team player.
